1-2 Day Sprint {“Starter” Site}

Once you reserve your spot, we will outline a path forward that’s realistic and tailored to what you need.

You’ll receive a discovery questionnaire and we will schedule a call to go kick things off and talk any necessary strategy about your specific business wants and needs!

• You gather your photos, ideas, and logins (you can even create a quick Pinterest board so I understand your vibe if desired!!). Plan for about 1–2 weeks of light prep on your end for this depending on how much direction you want to have, then you can hand it off and breathe.

• Your Squarespace “Website In A Week” happens across five days in the same week, starting at 9:00 am US EST time on Monday. We can be flexible!

• If you opt for the SEO upgrade package, the strategy element of our work takes place before your website week (but can start much sooner if your business needs dictate). We will discuss more and explain!

• Give yourself about 2 weeks to gather your content and get prepared to hand over any information to Pixel about your business and website wants/needs.

• We use a shared Google folder to keep ourselves organized for the project, we will provide the links to the folder(s) in the kick-off call!

• On the Google drive, you’ll find documents to upload your content with useful copy prompts so you provide the right content.

• If you are not able to complete the discovery intake form prior to the due date, we will need to move your booking to a new start date.

Before we start building, we hop on a kick-off call to talk through everything including your vision, business goals, audience, etc.

Existing Content & Brand Images/Photography:

• You know your business best! We love when you’re able to provide the core content (this can even be bulleted basics!). Pixel Press will take your vision and create impactful headlines and calls-to-action throughout your new website.

• You’re welcome to provide your own images… or we can source them for you! Just let us know your comfort level.

• We highly recommend investing in professional photos for your personal/business's brand. It does make a difference in your website’s design, adds a more polished touch, and helps position you as an expert in your field.

Squarespace & domain costs:

• Register a domain name to launch your website. Pixel Press can help with this process as well if needed, just let us know your comfort level!

• An annual Squarespace hosting plan is required for your own website. Plans and pricing vary and we are happy to help talk/walk you through this process as well. Ask us about a 20% discount on your first year with Squarespace!

We are fully focused on building and creating your site! You’ll receive preview links to review and have a chance to provide any feedback you’d like at two different touch points throughout this process.

Custom features: To achieve a more refined look, we might suggest custom or upgraded fonts, premium images, or specific plugins. We will always discuss any additional costs with you and get your approval before proceeding.

At the end of the build and editing phase, we hand over your complete site for a final look. We’re not done until you’re happy with how it looks and functions.

After-care & support:

• After your website week has wrapped up, you'll receive 30 days of email support for any tech questions related to your website. Support is available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during business hours.

• 60 minutes of small revisions are offered within 7 days.

• For ongoing website support, you can book a VIP Day or Power Hour. If you'd like to continue to grow your website in the future, just reach out about booking a VIP day with your existing client discount!
